Case Study: Helping a First-Time US Importer Develop a New Product

One of our customers in the United States had never imported products from China before. He was working on a new project and approached us with CAD drawings and product requirements for a completely new design.

Our engineering team reviewed the drawings and worked closely with the customer throughout the development process. We first created a 2D design for approval. Once the customer confirmed the concept, we proceeded to 3D modeling and prototype development.

Initially, the customer was hesitant because he had previously worked with another supplier in China and was disappointed with the results.
